If I read RTML 101, can I build a Yahoo Store like www.cwc-group.com?

Recently, I had a number of inquiries asking a question like this. There is no yes or no answer to this. It is like asking, "if I buy a book on carpentry, can I build myself a house?" Theoretically, yes, but it depends on your own capabilities, background, and what you get out of the book.
